HOURS: Monday through Friday
A family-run and employee-owned international manufacturing company that has grown into one of the largest, most progressive distributors of their product in the world is seeking a finished product claims specialist. Large Tulsa-based company. Great place to work with lots of opportunities.
- Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Emails regarding claims
- Assist customers through entire finished claims process
- Place orders
- Enter claims
- Submit account credits related to claims
- Other duties as needed
- Requirements
- Type 45 wpm
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and 10 key experience
- 2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Communicate with professionalism with customers and co-workers
- Good problem solver
- Good math skills
- Claims experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
