HOURS: Monday through Friday
A family-run and employee-owned international manufacturing company that has grown into one of the largest, most progressive distributors of their product in the world is seeking a new product order coordinator. Large Tulsa-based company. Great place to work with lots of opportunities.
- Responsibilities
- Ensure new product gets ordered
- Ensure terms, pricing, expiration dates, etc. are confirmed
- Ensure everything ships on time
- Coordinate with other departments
- Maintain files
- Keep area clean
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Perform other duties and assist in other departments as needed
- Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet, AS400
- Strong computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
