A local HVAC company is seeking a warehouse associate. This role plays a key part in ensuring technicians have the right materials at the right time, directly impacting job efficiency, customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate stock levels, preparing orders. overall keeping the warehouse
Full-time position
Pay from $15-18 - DOE
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. May require early morning hours depending on technicians' schedules
- Responsibilities
- Receiving and inspection of incoming HVAC parts and shipments
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Preparing items for shipping (labeling, wrapping, staging)
- Loading and unloading
- Organizing stock and maintaining a clean work area
- Using a scanner or basic inventory software
- Requirements
- Previous warehouse or material-handling experience (HVAC or construction preferred)
- Must have forklift certification
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to lift and move 50-75 lbs items throughout the shift
- Basic computer or scanner skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
