Will I be tested before I am hired?
Some employers require us to test our applicants before we can place them into a job. Tests can range from typing tests for office positions to drug testing which is becoming common practice in the workplace.
What documents do I need to bring with me?
Being prepared for an interview is extremly important. Applicants should have the following documents available at the time of your interview.
- A copy of your resume
- A completed job application
- Two forms of identification
What is the hiring process at TNT Staff Pro?
There are multiple ways to apply for a job. Applicants can walk in and apply in person, apply through our Facebook page, or apply through the TNT Staff Pro website.
Once an application is submitted, a recruiter will go over current openings to discover the best fit for each applicant. Applications are then sent to our clients, to determine if they would like to schedule an interview.
When will I get paid?
TNT Staff Pro pays every Friday, and the pay period runs from Sunday to Saturday.
What benefits are offered?
TNT Staff Pro offers medical, dental and vision to all full time employees, eligible after 60 days. We also offer 401K with a 2% company match, also eligible after 60 days. All employees receive a complimentary $10,000 life insurance policy.
