A Tulsa company is seeking a Water Mitigation Manager to oversee water damage restoration projects from assessment through completion, ensuring quality work, timely service, and compliance with industry standards.
$75,000 - $90,000 Depending on experience
- Responsibilities
- Manage mitigation projects (extraction, drying, cleanup)
- Inspect sites and create mitigation plans
- Supervise crews and ensure safety/procedures
- Coordinate schedules, staff, and equipment
- Communicate with customers
- Maintain documentation and monitor jobs
- Train team members and manage performance
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
- Requirements
- Strong understanding of water damage restoration and building materials
- Knowledge of mitigation procedures of water, mold, fire, and storm losses.
- Ability to supervise, train, coach, and mentor
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and proper PPE usage
