TNT Staff Pro, Inc. has been retained by a leading Appliance retailer in Oklahoma to help them identify a talented Customer Service Dispatcher to add to their team for their Oklahoma City warehouse. If you love building relationships and creating quality results, this is the job for you!
This role requires someone with a strong customer service and clerical background who does not mind conducting most of their business via telephone.
- Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple channels of inbound/outbound communication, including phones, email, and in-person.
- Provide superior customer service to our customers during stressful events.
- Maintain open, positive, cordial, team-oriented lines of communication with managers, delivery drivers, and co-workers.
- Anticipate customer (internal and external) needs and foster excellent customer service.
- Preparing route schedules, confirming deliveries, and assisting drivers with route navigation.
- Requirements
- Basic knowledge and skill using Excel, as well as other computer programs.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday. Each week this role has Sundays and one weekday off.
