Dispatch Customer Service Rep.

HOURS: Monday through Friday
PAY: $15-$20 depending on experience

- Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Call scheduling reminders to customers
- Notify customer of any delays, work order status or rescheduling
- Field incoming department calls
- Maintain customer information in the software system
- Customer service, ensuring exceptional service
- Monitor emails and cell phone communications, relaying incoming transmissions accurately
- Keep books, information, files, and materials organized
- Type correspondence and file paperwork
- Be an ambassador for the company and champion maintenance plans
- Understand the brand, policy, and procedure
- Set up work orders
- Maintain service and installation dispatch & communicate with technicians
- Assign and dispatch work orders to service technicians
- Contact customer for status updates & scheduling
- Update customer files from installation and start up techs (warranties, equipment information, documents, etc)
- Other duties as needed
- Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be willing and able to travel locally
- Basic clerical and data entry skills
- Familiarity with office equipment (postage, copy, and fax machine)
- Typing and 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated interest in completing periodic continuing education courses that are related to and enhance the efficient and effective performance of job responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Dependability, accuracy and integrity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate empathy
