HOURS: Monday through Friday

PAY: $15-$20 depending on experience

Amazing opportunities are available for a customer service rep. dispatcher to join our team in Tulsa, OK!

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Call scheduling reminders to customers
  • Notify customer of any delays, work order status or rescheduling
  • Field incoming department calls
  • Maintain customer information in the software system
  • Customer service, ensuring exceptional service
  • Monitor emails and cell phone communications, relaying incoming transmissions accurately
  • Keep books, information, files, and materials organized
  • Type correspondence and file paperwork
  • Be an ambassador for the company and champion maintenance plans
  • Understand the brand, policy, and procedure
  • Set up work orders
  • Maintain service and installation dispatch & communicate with technicians
  • Assign and dispatch work orders to service technicians
  • Contact customer for status updates & scheduling
  • Update customer files from installation and start up techs (warranties, equipment information, documents, etc)
  • Other duties as needed
Requirements
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be willing and able to travel locally
  • Basic clerical and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment (postage, copy, and fax machine)
  • Typing and 10-key
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated interest in completing periodic continuing education courses that are related to and enhance the efficient and effective performance of job responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Dependability, accuracy and integrity
  • Excellent customer service skills
