Production Technician

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team! We are looking for a friendly, flexible team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach to changing business and meeting customers' needs.
Full-time (Monday to Friday) 6 am - 2:30 pm - available during peak periods
- Responsibilities
- Run machines to produce quality pre-impregnated composite materials.
- Always adhere to company Health & Safety procedures including external compliance such as OSHA.
- Work to company quality standards (to AS9100 requirements) and production tolerances by keeping full traceability of materials and processes being carried out.
- Ensure PPE is always worn on the shop floor and are aware of the potential risks around the shop floor
- Close working relationships should be developed with all members of the production team collectively.
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness at all times
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
- Requirements
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels for the organization and customers
- Must have flexibility and adaptability for changing workloads.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to use manufacturing equipment of varying types.
- Must have a good understanding of the use of calculators and Math
- Must be able to push/pull 100 lbs.
